I agree to the Weekly Recurring Services terms: • I’ll enjoy a 15% discount for weekly services, and full payment is required even if I skip or cancel a session. • Cancelling one appointment doesn’t end my plan — I must formally request cancellation via the form. • I’ll let you know at least 48 hours before if I need to cancel or pause the next week’s services to avoid billing. • If I want to pause service (e.g., for travel), a full-week pause may be granted with advance notice and approval. It’s not for regular schedule changes. • Unpaid invoices may cause a pause or cancellation of services. • If I consistently skip or cancel, I may lose the discount or be removed from the recurring plan.

Terms and conditions *

All dogs must be fully vaccinated within the last 12 months.
In an emergency, the owner agrees that veterinary treatment may be sought in emergencies without prior consultation of the owner.

Weekly Recurring Services *

I agree to the terms below:

Discount & Billing Commitment:
I commit to a full weekly service plan and receive a 15% discount off the standard rate.
I will be billed the total discounted weekly rate even if I miss or cancel individual sessions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling one appointment does not end the recurring plan.
To stop recurring billing, I must submit a cancellation request via the form — this is a manual process and does not happen automatically.
Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

Communication & Pauses
I will inform the service provider in advance of any missed services or needed breaks.
I may request a pause of services in full-week increments for reasons like travel. Pauses require prior notice and approval. Frequent schedule changes are not covered.

Additions
Need to add a walk this week? No problem — just let us know! Extra visits are available at the standard rate and will be added separately from your discounted weekly plan.

Unpaid Invoices
If I miss an invoice, the provider may pause or cancel my services at their discretion.

Consistent Use Requirement
Repeated skipped or canceled sessions may result in removal from the recurring plan and forfeiture of the discount.
